​When you retain travel beCAUSE, LLC to help plan your multigenerational family or group vacation, you're hiring a professional travel advisor with over 14 years of industry experience to keep your entire family or group organized, while designing a vacation uniquely tailored to you! 
You get the benefit of our vacation planning tools, travel experience, continuous training, professional relationships, and our travel industry connections. Our Professional Services Fee covers our time for research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip,  managing your reservations from deposit to departure, and communicating with our travel partners along the way.
We are your single point of contact to do all of this (and more!), so YOU don't have to! 
  • Research & create detailed proposals designed exclusively for your family or group
  • Secure collection & storage of all traveler information, including passport & credit card details
  • Invoicing & payment processing for all vacation elements, plus optional payment plans
  • Manage all changes, both traveler and travel partner initiated, cancellations, & questions
  • Create custom itineraries, available online & in the Trip Plans app, for each traveler. And, update along the way as trip elements are booked, plus packing suggestions, travel documents, transfer instructions, destination entry/exit requirements, tour & activity suggestions, & more
  • Organize airport transfers & other transportation
  • Provide comprehensive travel protection options 
  • Send reminders for important next steps & dates
  • Compile & communicate any requests to our travel partners, such as celebrations, room location, food allergies, medical or accessibility equipment needs, & more.
  • Provide a final walkthrough of your travel beCAUSE itinerary prior to travel
  • During travel support as needed
